Iv just been spoke to by usher says a dvla rep will be out soon and in some cases can sort it out before going into court

Don't get fooled into a confession.

Make the DVLA rep produce the evidence first.

The prosecution always has burden of proof.

It's not for you to prove a negative.

It went as follows.
Tge dvla women shouted me into an interview room and asked a few basic questions. Asked if I had any proof of sale which I responded which my evidences iv said above which was enough for her to believe me. She said shes happy to cancel proceedings against me and cancel the fines and I can forget about the matter now. Apologised for me having to travel so far. She barely looked and my evidence. And was massively understanding. I was polite and well presented. Most pll outside the room were in trackys and and moaning to eachother swearing about this or that etc maybe I was a breath of fresh air to her lol

The court office, just go there and you get them at a statutory rate.
