Urgent help vehicle clamped

Hello marstons bailiff attended my property 2 weeks ago after my partner for a magistrates distress Warrent. He acted inappropriately winking at me, I said I was going to make a complaint he said he owned the company. Of course this was a lie he said he was going to get a locksmith in order to change my locks I advised him that as the Warrent was not in my name that he couldn't do it and that the house was rented he said that he could and then I would be in breach of my tenancy conditions. I have advised I suffer with mental health issues that the car is needed for my work for my daughter who has fibro myalgia and is undergoing testing for MS he will not set up a payment arrangement despite me sending a budget sheet. My partner has no income the car has now been clamped I am physically sick to my stomach as the car was a gift from his father just before he died so has immense sentimental attachment which I have said is there anything I can do I have made the complaint in writing by the way
