Goid afternoon.
I've been advised to have an affidavit sworn by a solicitor to protect my possessions from my sons debtors being able to keep coming to my address and harassing me for his fines etc. Yesterday I had them at my door with a warrant to take my possessions.
Does anyone have an affidavit template?
Any advice on this would be helpful. Thankyou.
