Just had this put on my car!

Post by Johnnymonkey »

Hi all.....first post on here.
Probably been asked before a million times but I didn't find exactly what I was looking for.

Had a letter through the door this morning & a note stuck on my car from M. Vizor at Marston Holdings (I can't seem to upload a photo!)

I've looked into this company & they look dodgy as hell, so do I pay these people directly or find the paperwork and pay the court directly?

I'm guessing if I do the latter I'll still have this guy turning up?!!

Any advice appreciated!

If its Marstons then it sounds like a Magistrates court fine.

It would be prudent to move your car from the street if its been noted by the bailiff as they have desire to caress wheels with a clamp.

FOr information on how to deal with them follow the information on this link https://stopthebailiffs.uk/stop-magistr ... ement.html

There is no need to pay Marstons - if you can pay then pay the court direct, info on why is here https://stopthebailiffs.uk/pay-court-fi ... liffs.html make sure you get a receipt. Also give notice to the bailiff you have paid the fine to the court - Info on why and how is here along with a template to use https://stopthebailiffs.uk/pay-court-fi ... liffs.html
