New Emergency Legislation was brought in by the govenment with Immediate effect from 26th March.
This means effectively All Bailiff enforcement Action has been suspended for a Period of 90 days.
This Act Supercedes and overules any law before it meaning Bailiffs Should Not be physically presenting themselves on anyone's property during this time to carry out Any Enforcement of Any Kind !!!
If they do they are Breaking the Law !!!
This Act is to help prevent further spread of Corona Virus and save Lives and not to put any further distress to anyone during this National Crisis we all Facing
