im about to go for marstons and i believe fraud(concealing evidence from leeds city council)evidence that shows they breached equality act and human rights along with breach of contract .perhaps this will cost them more than one contract

does anyone know if local councils like enforcement agents that conceal secret indemnities they obtain from vulnerable people.does anyone know if councils like their agents to look after themselves before the council and its public interests
