PCN CCJ

Hi guys, so my wife got sent a CCJ for a PCN from Parkingeye for a PCN they say was issued nearly 2 years ago. It was the same month that we moved house so we probably moved before it was received. How should I appeal this as I dont want her to stressed at the moment as she's pregnant.

Under CPR 23:10 you can apply to have the judgment set aside because your address is not current.

The only snag is you only get two weeks from the date you learned of the debt to make the application.

Hi, thanks for replying. They sent the court letters to my new address, can it not be set aside after 2 weeks?
