Dcbl complaints / eac2

I issued a complaint to DCBL in their complaints procedure and have also issued an eac2 form following the u lawful way enforcement took place.

Dcbl just called and said that they will not be able to internally review the complaint whilst there is an eac2 application.

Is this right?

You are better off making a claim rather than a complaint rather than an EAC2

Thanks - what claim should I make. Is it a costs assessment? What about the unlawful enforcement?

You claim for amy money or property taken for a debt that is not yours or in breach of any enforcement regulation.
