I could really do with some help.
I have an IVA agreed and the council and signed it all off but B&S won't send the debt back.
An aggressive woman has been sending me letters and demanding payment and won't listen at all when I say the IVA has been in place for 2 months. She said they don't take instruction from me, only the council. She also said that the bailiffs will be visiting and extra charges will be added to the account, even though (as far as I know) they are no allowed to do this. She said that this will be an additional debt as they haven't been informed of the IVA so will still be payable after the debt goes back to the council.
My IVA company are not acting quickly with this and have said any emails and calls may not be dealt with for up to 2 weeks.
I just want them to leave me alone! I paid everything as agreed until the IVA was put in place but obviously stopped paying to pay into my IVA.
Life is so complicated and I don't think my mental health can take much more!!
